Usually not. Body composition DEXA scans for fitness, weight management or performance are generally elective and paid out of pocket. Diagnostic bone density scans ordered by a physician may be covered—check with your insurance provider.
We are not set up to accept HSA or FSA cards directly, but most clients can submit their receipt to their HSA or FSA provider for reimbursement. Check with your plan administrator.
