Had a DEXA scan today. It was exactly as described on the website and you leave with a lot of good information about your body. I was equally fascinated by my body fat information as I was about my bone density. I got the scan as a baseline before I start a nutrition/ lifting program so excited to come back for another scan once I hit some of my goals.
